CH1: Showdown

Suddenly the girl jumps and grabs Calliope’s gun and pulls her down on the floor and total panic ensues. “Calli! Shit!” Sam shouts and hurries over but the way the blonde is holding Calliope makes it so that she can’t get a good shot. “Stop pointing that at me! Look! Shit! Don’t take your eyes off the rest!!” Calliope screams as the blonde girl gets her hand on her double dicks and squeezes. “Aaaah! You fucking bitch! Get oooff mee!” Calliope pushes the girl back and runs the other way, leaving the gun for the blonde. Lasers start flying and I see my chance to run and tackle Hope, the blonde Recreationist down on the way and dive to grab my shotgun from the side of a nearby pilar. They shot me good. I am low on health and I use one of my good healing usbs to get me back to something reasonable. I see Tatiana run out of the room and Esme running after her. I lean over the pillar and hit Hope again. I did just that a little while ago and get a similar shot on her which makes her get a similar reaction and pull back quickly.

“A gun! Give me a gun!” Calliope screams as people are running everywhere. I see my chance to slip by and run into a direction towards the music classroom. I run like I’ve never ran before and fall through the door into the room and as I look back I see Samantha after me and she raises a gun at me but I manage to roll out of the way in time and stumble behind a drumset as she kicks the door open and keeps shooting towards me. “I got you this time! You should’ve just joined us!”

I hear the laser sounds and see red flashes in the room as I crawl away from her. Then I see it. On the floor is an extension cable and I press the button instinctively. Suddenly all the dim neon lights of the rooms shut off and total darkness falls. “Oh, what the fuck?!” She shouts a little paranoid and I hear her trying to feel her way through. “What the fuck did you do, huh? Trying to run? I know you are behind the drums, you little bitch!”

I try to be slow and as silent as possible as I crawl across the floor. It is pitch black. Even after my eyes adjusted to the light, there is nothing. “Goddammit! Ok…” She starts shooting in random directions, lighting up the room in the process and I realize she was closer than I thought. “Ha!” She sees me and keeps shooting and I run while taking hits on my arm and side: “Aaah!” I scream and almost pass out due to the adrenaline and dive again across the floor into the tables and chairs. I hear her run out of shots and she starts reloading. I feel cold sweat running over my face as I crawl across the floor until my hand finds something. It feels like a guitar, an acoustic one.

“Ok, ok… good call to shut the lights! I’ll give you that!” She cocks her gun and I realize it’s now or never and I take the guitar and throw it somewhere. It hits a wall some 3 meters away from me and makes a horrible sound. The girl screams and starts shooting that direction. I can see her outline from where she shoots, she is not shooting at me. I raise my gun and take a couple steps and before she realizes it, I shoot her point blank into the chest and she stumbles back and falls over a table, making a loud noise as she tumbles. I still can’t see what happened, but I do not hear her anymore. I think I got her. The intercom confirms it: “Samantha has been eliminated by Lilah”.

I carefully make my way through the room and find the drums and then the light switch and turn them back on and see Samantha lying on the floor, passed out with her gun still lying next to her. I go snatch the gun and all the ammo and meds she had on her and take note of her massive bulge. It doesn’t really feel like the appropriate place for it, but she really had a huge bulge. Maybe she can manage without the surgery, huh? I leave her and exit the music room. I feel a headache and sleepiness overwhelm me and I sit down by the wall of the hallway. What am I going to do now? I am unsure of many things. This night was nothing like I had thought. And now I feel most of all unsure about my chances. I feel scared as the night ends and I am sedated.
