Byron, The Sophisticated Gentleman

Mackenzie was going to have dinner with Byron; the sophisticated food writer for The Times. The plan was to meet him at The Golden Vole, an especially fancy and exclusive restaurant, to try some high cuisine.

Mackenzie decided to wear her fanciest white dress. The Vole was too exclusive and posh for her to be seen there in anything less! The sight of her took Byron's breath away when he saw her glide majestically into the room, past the crowds of gawking diners, in the most beautiful dress he'd ever seen. The food was amazing, the conversation was scintillating, and Byron told Mackenzie she was the most charming person he'd ever spent time with. Mackenzie felt sure that this date was going to go well for her. Then, disaster struck!
