Busted!

"That's great! If you'd like to just come over here and give me your name please." The woman instructed. Jessica looked left to see outside and gulped. A very large bald man in a security guard uniform now blocked her only way out. One glance was enough for Jessica, as he snarled at her.

She nervously approached the desk, the realisation of what she had got into slowly dawned on her. Her powerful and angry persona earlier could not be used here, which unnerved her. "It's um.. it's Jessica Johnson..." She told the receptionist with a mutter. She desperately tried to think of a fake name but nothing came to her mind. She cursed internally, the more she spoke the worst it got.

The woman simply smiled at Jessica, awkwardly. "Everything alright..?" Jessica sheepishly asked her. "Everything is good Jessica, we just know exactly who you are.." The woman menacingly told Jessica. The reporter began to nervously back away from the desk, only to land infront of the security guard. "I'm sorry I'm not sure what you mean..."

The receptionist chuckled. "We know who you are and what you did, that poor old man just wanted to help and you assaulted him!" The woman accused Jessica. "No! No no no! You got it all --"

Jessica paused as the woman had turned her monitor around to face her. Jessica watched in shock as she saw cctv footage of her pushing the old man. "Okay I can explain--"

"You won't need to, I have the cops ready on dial!" The woman exclaimed. Jessica panicked, she could not have the police involved with this! Her entire career and reputation had to be clean! The cops would arrest her and make it public, something she did not want getting in the hands of any media company. "Please! Please don't call the cops!!"

Jessica practically begged the woman not to call the cops, she got on her knees and clutched her hands together.

The woman looked at Jessica with zero sympathy. "Well if I'm not calling the cops there's only one thing you can do..."
