Bulma is in need of calming

“Hey Bulma calm down!” Gogo shouted as she ran up to the shuttle with you, Diana, and Courier Six close behind. Your co-workers warily eyed Bulma from a safe distance due to her Saiyan/Monkey tail possibly indicating she’s dangerously strong; you also noticed some lustful and eager eyes and you knew you had to stake your claim to her quickly if you wanted to have her. Since Gogo was on good terms with her and it looks like she helped with the shuttle, you wanted to reward her.

“Gogo?!” Bulma said, lowering her oversized wrench a bit. “What’s going on? You were gone an hour when these bozos zapped Kiva and picked up the shuttle without warning.”

“They’re from Reintegration Corp, the guys James works for, and 3S, some mercenary group hired to help find us,” Gogo explained. “They’re taking us back to Prime Earth.” Gogo proceeded to explain what happened in the Watchtower and the current plan. In that time, Bulma, Keira, Sabine, and Hera stepped out of the shuttle and kept their weapons close.

“Before anyone gets any ideas,” you announce to the Rein Corp employees (the inspectors, mechanics, and character retrieval specialists). “I’m claiming them, everyone in storage, and the tribe as my finds. Also claiming the Kiva someone picked up, she was working for me!” Several of your co-workers glare at you while others just shrug it off.

“Fair enough,” one inspector commented. They had a particularly nasally voice and had the posture of a praying mantis. “Though I am seeing a lot of after market changes and patch jobs. May they help point out what they did for our investigation? Wanna make sure it wasn’t something nefarious or intentional.” You gave the mechanic squad a questioning look, asking if they wanted to help.

“Sure, we can help,” Hera replied as she put away her weapon and approached with Sabine following suit.

“I don’t know…” Bulma said, looking a bit nervous.

“Come on, the faster they figure out what went wrong, the sooner I can show all the goodies I’ve been working on back home,” Gogo punched Bulma’s arm as she walked towards the shuttle to point out somethings. Talking to the inspector, Gogo said, “I noticed a few things when I was making repairs…”

Watching Gogo and co help your co-workers for a bit, you decide to ask something that has been on your mind. “Hey, where are Himiko, Mirajane, and the others?”

“The characters who were with you in that cafeteria?” Courier Six asked. “They’re still getting check ups, the Rein Corp docs found something that they’re nervous about for most of them so they’re running tests. And the Mirajane was cleared but is undergoing some surgeries and treatments last I heard. Quite a few of those tribe members are now that I think about it.”

“What kind of surgeries?” You worriedly ask.

“Some of them are getting cleaned of rads, others chem addiction. Rein Corp is going to do most of the big stuff once we get back to Earth Prime,” Courier Six said. You ignore the ‘Earth Prime’ mention; as a member of the ‘Prime Earth’ Party you normally would correct them but you let it go for now. “The biggest surgery is actually with that Mirajane girl.”

“Is she okay?”

“Open your eyes,” a grouchy old woman ordered from Mirajane’s left. Mirajane took off her blindfold slowly and slowly opened her eyes carefully. She flinched at the light; she was unused to seeing after the long two or so weeks she’s had. The headache she gained went away and she was soon able to look around the medical room. “If you ever encounter an Erza you can always say you have more magic eyes than her though I doubt that’s something you’ll want to boast about.”

Mirajane looked at the doctor who gave her sight back and saw a Porlyusica standing there. “Thank you so much.”

“Now don’t go looking for a hug. I can’t stand human contact,” Porlyusica commented. “Now look over there, we need to test if your new eyes work. The human in charge is always doubting my work, as if I’ll make a mistake.”
