Bullseye!

Splitting up proved to be an extremely effective plan for the group. Gwen, Cassie & Laura proved to be extremely frustrating for Bullseye, and there seemed to be no sign of either Felicia or Selina. Gwen never seemed to stop moving for long enough for Bullseye to draw a proper bead on her, Cassie seemed to deflect any shot he took at her, and no matter what he seemingly hit Laura with, she just kept getting back up and pursuing him, like the unkillable monster in a slasher movie.

Before long, Bullseye changed tactics, throwing aside his sniper rifle in frustration and moving in closer to hit whoever he spotted with whatever he could throw at them before disappearing; it was clear that Gwen, Cassie & Laura were throwing him off his game; although he'd come extremely close to hitting his targets on more than one occasion (and successfully hitting Laura a number of times), they managed to stay one step ahead of the hired killer, seemingly getting closer to him by the moment.

Bullseye's eventual undoing, though, would be at the hands of the thieves who he'd seen with the other heroines; when he ducked into an deserted back alley to regroup, he was reminded of their presence when Selina's whip suddenly wrapped around his ankles, and with one flick of Catwoman's whip, the contract killer was knocked off balance.

Selina gave Bullseye a mocking sneer and remarked, "Looks like the other girls've got you a little flustered... your type is waaaaay too predictable, y'know."

"Then you know I don't go down without a fight," Bullseye retorted, discreetly unsheathing several razorblades he had hidden in his sleeve. Before he had the opportunity to use them, though, Felicia descended on him, pinning his arm against the ground as she quickly incapacitated him.

"Meh. Fighting is overrated," Felicia commented. "Selina & I much prefer stealth."

"Exactly. We're lovers, not fighters," Selina agreed, giving Felicia a knowing smirk.

Felicia used her own whip to bind Bullseye's hands and looked over at Selina. "Not gonna lie, this is nowhere near as fun as tying you up," she quipped.

Bullseye was clearly not amused, hissing "Know what'll be fun? When I rip you both limb from--"

"Yeah, yeah," Felicia said with a mock yawn as she slammed the prone Bullseye's head into the ground, knocking him ****. "You rent-a-thugs and your boring platitudes. Blah blah 'I'm gonna rip you apart.' Something something 'You'll beg me to kill you.' Seriously, come up with some new material."

Gwen and Cassie walked into the alley, and having overheard Felicia, had to agree with her. "I know, right? That's probably my number one pet peeve when it comes to bad guys. I mean, I take a little time every day to workshop new material -- why can't they?" Gwen wondered.

"I guess they're just not as dedicated to their craft as we are," Felicia mused. "So, what're we gonna do with our homicidal friend here?"

"Well, he's too **** to interrogate," Cassie pointed out. "Right now, we should check to see if he has a phone or something. Maybe that'll give us some clues on how to find Kraven or Cheetah."

"Good idea. Speaking of interrogation, give me ten minutes with him when he wakes up." Laura walked into the room, completely healed from Bullseye's onslaught. The rest of the women stared at her, jaws agape upon seeing her -- she was fine, but her costume had been completely torn and tattered, leaving very little to the imagination.

"Yeah, yeah. Take a good look, pervs," Laura grunted. "We've got more important things to worry about right now."

Selina smiled and gave Laura a lecherous smirk. "No, we really don't."

Cassie facepalmed. Selina & Felicia were a handful. Admittely, though, they were also a lot of fun... "You & Felicia are gonna get us all stabbed. Repeatedly."

"What can I say? We enjoy living on the edge," Selina "But that does sound like a good plan. What do we do after that, though? Seems like a bad idea to let him back out into the wild..."

"We've got a few holding cells at Titans Tower," Cassie answered. "Lucky for us, it's not outside the dome. We can rest and regroup there afterwards, too."
