Build your nest

As the sun sets, you begin secreting wax in order to build a makeshift honeycomb pod. The man, still oozing copious amounts of your honey, remains out cold. You work all night to finish the pod. As the sun rises you put the finishing touches on it. The honeycomb is far from perfect, it's practically the most makeshift one you've seen, but in times of necessity, it'll do. The comb is hexagonal in shape, situated against one of the house's walls. It's quite spacious, well for someone of your stature. You fetch the man, dragging his honey-logged body over to the comb. It's extremely taxing moving a human with your limited strength. Finally after minutes and near exhaustion, you manage to hoist the man into the honeycomb pod. You rest his body so that it's leaning back. A somewhat comfortable position you'd reckon. You then bind his hands to opposite sides of the honeycomb. Literally using wax to bind his hands into the comb. Now you'll have a nice access to both feed him and breed him. The honey that has already been pumped into him will provide him with both oxygen and nutrients for a few days. Then you'll be able to begin a feeding schedule. Now, exhausted, you must sleep. You go over to the mattress the man was sleeping on and lie down yourself. In no time you drift asleep. You'll continue your work come nightfall.
