Chapter 10
by Nemo of Utopia
What Do They Find There?
Buglachvag In Ruins
At this juncture I feel it nessecary to remind everyone that though this story does allow somewhat coercive and unpleasant sexual contact in a few places: outright **** is NOT permitted. Therefore, I must inform you, (with only the most mild regret,) what several of you seem to have been steering the story towards with the Ruined Village and Female Adventurers, will not be occurring. That said, this is a "quest" story: and so, with votes tallied, I will be proceeding with my compromise version of the indicated ideas...
The Village of Buglachvag:
The last turning of the trail opened before the weary band of travelers, and below them lay Buglachvag.
It was not good news.
Buglachvag was in much the same state as Rugnash had been, but their demonic scout found that some of the people were being held captive! That was the good news: the bad news was that they were being guarded by a pair of human women wearing enchanted suits of armor and wielding magical swords, while three more bathed in a pool downstream from the former village and a small band of soldiers was fanning out through the woods on the other side looking for any other survivors...
The general attitude of the group was quite clear: mount a rescue! The main question was who should go where...
Most Obvious Things To Vote On This Time:
How To Tackle the Situation?
A: Attack the Adventurers who are bathing in the pool first. They will be weak without their gear...
B: Rescue the Hostages first. (Twenty against two is better odds.)
C: Sneak around the fringes, kill the troops while their spread out, and gather any survivors they've missed to bolster your Numbers.
D: Divide and conquer: send different teams to deal with each band at the same time: your chief advantage is surprise...
E: Something Else.
Onwards!

[Orcs And Outposts] (Multi-Quest: Storytellers Welcome!)
Play As One Of The Classic 'Monster' Races From D&D In A World Where It's Humans & Their Allies Who Are Evil.
It is a generic Fantasy world, with one major difference: humans and the other classic protagonist races are evil, decadent, and corrupt, while the classic 'monsters' are noble and virtuous. You take on the role of one of those 'monsters' while they try to overcome the alliance of the 'Civilized' Races and free the world from their oppression.
