"Bruce," A voice said.

Bruce slowly looked at his butler Alfred.

"Yes, Alfred?

"what's the plan we are dealing with gangs and criminals left and right, pretty soon we might be dealing with a gang war.

"Not if I can help it."

"What do you mean ?" Alfred asked.

"It's time for Batman to recruit and become the sole leader of crime. Make them fear Batman and love Bruce Wayne," Bruce said with a smirk.
