He created a device, one both inspired to further his goals of having all the women he needed and some revenge.

Quite simply he would become a master of everything, channeling the Negative Speedforce to make himself a god. And like any god, to strike down his enemies. Or in this case change them.

It was not a dark and stormy night when he begun his experiment, empowered by the energy coursing through him he worked quickly and steadily.

With his brilliant mind he connected himself to the machine, ready to broadcast the modified Negative Speed force to all of the world. Embedding it’s energies into the fabric of reality, energies he could control.

He would become a god of this earth, of every moment of time. He had won.
