Briefing before the job

Rena brought you to the chambermaid office and handed you a small piece of paper.

"Alex, this is your first time here. This is a room that's messier than the usual hotel guests. There is a long list of things we need to do. It is on this checklist for new chambermaids."

Chambermaid Checklist

1) Tidy the bedsheet, change the bedsheet if it is dirty.

2) Take the laundry bags and wash the dirty laundries. Fold the clean clothes neatly and returned them in a clean laundry bag.

3) Clean the toilet, replenish the toilet rolls if it is almost empty. Make sure it is clean and dry after cleaning.

4) Replenish the mineral water for guests.

5) Clean the pantry or the kitchen if any. Wash any unwashed utensils.

6) Make sure the cups and kettle are cleaned.

7) Vaccum the carpet

8) Before leaving, make sure that the aircon, heater, and the lights are turned off.

"Why are we chambermaids, not chamber steward?"

"I don't know, but you are tasked to help me as a chambermaid assistant and you probably should just keep those questions to yourself or google them yourself when you are free."
