Brian Attempts To Impress Anna

Anna woke up and let out a stretch, she looked to her side and saw that Nicole was still sleeping silently. She checked the time and saw it was only seven, she decided to let Nicole sleep and she silently slipped out of the bed. She walked out of the room still in her night clothes and walked down the stairs towards the kitchen, "Morning." Brian said with a smile,

Anna spun around quickly jumping and spotted Brian sitting on the couch, "Oh god Brian you scared me!" Anna said with a laugh, "When did you get up?"

"Thirty minutes ago, always was the early riser." Brian said getting up and walking over to her,

Anna nodded and continued to walk towards the kitchen, "I'm so hungry right now."

"Well not to toot my own horn but I mean an amazing pancakes, Blueberry and Chocolate ones are my specialty." Brian said with a confident smile,

"Really! Oh god I haven't had a chocolate chip pancake in forever! Would you mind making me some?" Anna asked hopefully,

"You got it." Brian said with a smirk and walked over to the cabinet and started to grab the pancake mix. Ten minutes later Brian walked over and placed a plate of two chocolate chip pancakes in front of her, "Here you are, want a drink?"

"Milk please." Anna said and Brian quickly walked over to the fridge, "Thank you." She said with a large smile, Brian sat down across from her and waited eagerly to see if he did well. Anna cut off a piece of pancake and ate it and her face immediately lit up, "Oh my god Brian! These are great!" She said cutting off another great,

"Glad you like them. " Brian said with a relieved smile,

"Like them? I think these may be the best ones I've ever had!" Anna said happily. Brian scooted his chair a bit closer to her and Anna didn't seem to mind this,

"So, Anna...you know I have a thing for you right?" Brian asked as he rested her head on his hand,

Anna's face turned a bit red, "Um, yes. I heard about that a little while ago." Anna said with a small smile,

"So do you have any thoughts on that?" Brian asked,

"I don't know Brian." Anna said with a small smile thinking things over, she didn't like Brian in that way but at the same time she kinda did, "I think that these pancakes at least earn you this." She said and leaned to him giving him a small peck on the cheek. Brian let out a large smile and looked over to her seeing her giggle at him.
