Breasts, the classic

Case number 3 popped open and revealed the image of two watermelons on the inside.

"This is personally my favorite one." Spiral said. "I know it's cliche but oh, the things I've done to women's mammaries." She looked up whistfully. "Anyways, this is the breasts category."

"So I'm going to leave with tits out to here I guess," Emma fully outstretched her hands in front of her chest.

"As amazing that would be," Spiral pouted. "We decided to go with something a bit more... original for you. You're already known for your bodacious boobs, so why bother trying to size up what you've already spent so much money doing yourself? Let's look at those categories!" They both turned to the large screen to see Emma's fate.

1. Au Natural: All of Emma's cosmetic enhancements will be undone. Not just her breasts but also her nose job, her botox, and even her hair will go back to her natural state. Forever. Nothing she could possibly do can undo what Mother Nature gave her.
2. Thousand-in-One: You couldn't tell by looking at her, but Emma is a proud mother! Mostly because she was never pregnant. Instead a thousand of her eggs were taken and used to artificially create a thousand Emma daughters. That's a lot of mouths to feed! To help we'll have Emma generate milk at a thousand times the rate of a new mother. And to make sure she's actually sharing the love, she won't be able to milk herself. Someone else must do it, and do so by either by hand or by mouth.
3. Ring out: Emma is never a follower. Even when she's not the leader, she makes her opinions known. Let's encourage her to be a team player a bit more. Emma will get two large nipple rings. These will be connected by a tight chain, and the chain itself will be connected to a meter-long leash. Emma won't be able to walk or move her legs unless she is following someone tugging on her leash.
4. Wait, why is this here?: Emma is known for her prodigious breasts. At least that's what people typically think. A certain video game from across the stars made her busty sure, but really put a focus on that behind instead. Why don't we do the same? Emma will become completely flat, flatter than a man, but all that mass will come to her butt and hips, with 100% interest.

"Which one do you want? Be honest." Spiral turned to Emma. Emma just stared at her chest.

"I put so much money in work into these," She said softly. Then she looked up. "I'll take thousand-in-one. I'm not losing these that easily, and I'm not going to follow someone around like a lap dog."

"You sure? You might underestimate just how much milk you'll be producing." Spiral said. Emma nodded.

"I know what I want." She said.

"Well let's hope the audience agrees with you!" Spiral said. "Polls are open now!"

Author's Note: living a couple people are going to be upset that none of the options actually grow her breasts but then like I think there would be a clear front-runner?
