Breaking their spirits

There were many ways to get ****. Bellwether knew that well. Not all of them involved blood and ****.

Some of the best revenges involved not killing, but rather completely destroying someone's moral.

That bunny, she was so proud of herself. So sure of her righteousness and of her correctness. So keen on making the world a better place and helping others, with a confident smile on her face that said "I can do anything and bring down anyone". Bellwether had to admit, she liked that attitude at first, but now she found it to be infuriating.

And there was the fox. With that sly, confident little smirk that said "nothing you do will ever get to me, so don't bother even trying". Bellwether knew because, on the pictures she had seen of him on the newspaper clippings she kept back on her cell, he always had that smile on his face. And it was even more infuriating when she saw it on his face while he was dressed up as a cop (even seeing that filthy pelt wearing a police uniform made her mad).

That confidence of the two was part of the reason why they had managed to get on her way for good. She wanted to kill them for it. However, she could do better.

Even the strongest spirit can be broken. Even an will of iron can be melted when put under enough heat and pressure. Once you have completely broken a person's mind and spirit, they will never be the same again. Bellwether saw it happen before, and she knew that, if a person was abused and humiliated enough, their former strenght and confidence would be gone forever.

She knew that, and she wanted that done to the two.

Why kill them, when she could simply put them through a hell so big that, by the time she was thorough with them, neither of them would feel as either a cop or as a hero. Perhaps they would not even feel like mammals by the time she was done with them.

Yes, that was how she was going to get her ****. She would break their spirits so bad that they would give up on everything.

She would put them through so much humiliation and suffering that, once it was over, they would probably never even want to think about being cops again. With a little luck, they might even get suicidal...
