Break the promise

"I lied."

The diviner mutters angrily and glares intensely, but there's hardly any threat to her, given that she's standing there completely naked except for a garterbelt.

"Now piss off or I'll continue."

She's angry, but the threat suitably spooks her and she decides to run after the other elves, hopping out the window and off the roof. You watch her slide off the roof and land on a bale of hay in the courtyard.

You realize you still have her staff too. It's probably a very valuable item, so you feel a bit guilty about stealing it. You put it on the sloping roof and let it roll down, to clatter somewhere on the ground below.

A moment later you see the diviner run towards the other two elves, hiding in the shadow of the stables, clutching her staff. There's an exchange of words, and apparently a fight over who gets one of the sheets to cover themselves and who doesn't, and Zed - in gentlemanly fashion - draws the short straw and hands his covers over to the diviner. He quickly spots a nearby horseblanket to replace it with though. Then the trio slinks into the night, in complete humiliation.
