Aiko Kawanabe also known as A.B. (Ei Bee) in her job as an online novelist is the love child of Shige Kawanabe and Alice Blackmore but was later adopted into the Kawanabe family, in an effort to avoid social stigma the parents claimed Aiko was the child of one of Shige's senpais he was indebted to and was taking care of her as a way to pay them back however many suspected the truth which led to further social stigmatism of the Kawanabe household.
