Leaving the shop, Jayden looked over the newly purchased coins. 'Become What You Seek' was inscribed on the gold coin, while the silver said 'Shape What You Were'. They looked old, and something about them seemed... strange.

"I can't believe you talked me into chipping in on buying those things," Derek said. "Waste of money, which we don't have a lot of."

"They're cool. Here, take a peek," he said, handing Derek one of the coins. "They've gotta be magic or something."

"What the hell makes you think they're magic?"

"Weird old coins? Come on, dude," Jayden said. "They say things on them too."

Derek looked down at the coin he was holding, reading the inscription. "What do you think it means?"

"Well, become what you seek might mean it makes doing things easier? Shape what you were is weirder, but maybe it could change things about the past?"

Derek considered for a moment, then shrugged. "So you think if I hold this coin, I could..."
