Book/Short Story Options

Would you rather actually go through (loosely) the plot of one of the books/short stories instead of the creations of a horny nobody? Completely fair! Just chose the book you want to go through, which character you are, and (for fictional character paths) whether or not the original character is involved.

Each episode path will branch off in ways that the movie/book didn’t, but there will always be a more source accurate (or at least non-contradictory) path for each option. How far off the rails each non-strictly accurate path goes depends on your choices! With all that out of the way:
