Psychological Report 2119: Detective Baker is a classic case of self-destructive tendancies. Prone to addiction, bouts of rage, and anti-social behaviour. Tera's nature may stem from abandonment issues, she was raised in the foster system before joining the army at 16. She eventually received a dishonourable discharge after shooting her own CO in the leg instead of executing a mock POW during an exercise. Upon questioning regarding this incident, Tera advised that she was actually aiming for his genitals, but the sun was in her eyes. When she turned 18 she joining the Police, achieving stellar results in aptitude, marksmanship, and deductive reasoning.

By age 21 she made detective, the youngest in the department by far. This level of responsibility on one so young and unstable has likely contributed to this erratic behaviour. As a doctor, I struggle to say that someone of this demeanour and disposition should be walking the streets, let alone in a position of authority. I recommend immediate dismissal, or at least extended leave to manage this trauma.
