Chapter 4

Was the pool area empty (story split)
Block tower
Slowly opening the door to the pool room, Riley found that the enormous room was occupied by just three people: a teen boy wearing a chess club shirt, a woman floating in the pool, and a young man softly mopping the floor. Riley ducked back into the shower room and slipped off her pants - thank God she had the presence of mind to put on a diaper earlier, just in case of this kind of situation. Going to the sleeping student on the bench, Riley whispered gently in her ear as she removed the girl's tiny hello kitty purse. After taking a pacifier from the purse, and putting her pants inside, Riley stuck the pacifier between her lips and did her best to act like she belonged as she stepped out into the pool room.
"Hello, little one." Said the janitor as he paused to observe Riley skirting the edge of the pool. The janitor stuck his hand inside his blue overalls - which had "George" stitched on the bib - and rubbed the crinkly bulge at his waist before calling to the boy sitting on the floor: "Z!"
Riley looked more closely at the boy with the chess club shirt and saw that he was playing with a collection of colored building blocks. The blocks were all placed on a large, plastic changing pad that had a chess board pattern on it. The boy was moving the blocks as if he were, in fact, playing chess but the rules seemed to be different. Instead of trying to capture the king, the goal seemed to be to make as large a tower as you could before the other player came and knocked it down with one of their blocks. The janitor seemed to be trying to stack his blocks so that they spelled the name "Zeus" while the boy was concentrating on making a complicated cross hatch pattern.
Riley didn't want to draw attention to herself, so she waved absently to the pair and continued around the pool in the other direction. Going passed the bleachers brought Riley close to where the woman was floating in the pool. The woman was making small cooing sounds as she slept in an inflatable baby shark pool floaty. She was wearing a purple and white one-piece swimsuit that had "baby Jill" embroidered across the front. Her swimsuit bulged out below the waterline, so Riley assumed that The sleeping "baby Jill" was wearing a swim diaper. Riley noticed that there was a blue pinstriped suit neatly folded on the bleachers next to a towel and she wondered whose they were.
By this time, Riley had made it to the other side of the enormous room so, with one more glance at the two block architects in the corner, Riley slipped out into another hallway and found a janitor's closet in which to put her pants back on.
Just as Riley was leaving the pool room, the boy with the "chess club" shirt moved a yellow block with the letter "D" and a duck on it and knocked down the janitor's tower. They both looked up at the sound of the blocks.
"She's still asleep!" The janitor said as he stripped down to his diaper and stepped into the pool to join the sleeping baby. As he joined Jill on the floaty, the janitor slipped in so that their diapers were pressed against each other.
The boy watched the two for a moment before picking up the yellow block and following Riley out the door...
