What do you do next?
Blake begins to stir
The thrill of discovery courses through you, a potent cocktail of Naomi's adrenaline and your own predatory glee. You swing your legs over the side of the bed, the cool air of the room a pleasant shock against your bare skin. You stand, a little unsteady at first, like a newborn foal, but you quickly find your balance. Naomi's body is a finely tuned instrument, all lean muscle and athletic grace.
You catch your reflection in the full-length mirror on the closet door and stop, captivated. You pose, mimicking the confident stance of a runway model, then a seductive pout. The woman in the mirror does the same, a perfect, alluring stranger. You run a hand through her dark hair, then down the curve of her hip. This is a body that was made to be admired, to be desired. And now, it's yours.
A movement from the bed catches your eye. Blake is starting to stir, a low groan escaping his lips. Time to go!
You quickly locate Naomi's clothes, scattered on the floor. The lace bralette is a delicate thing, a web of black lace that feels both fragile and strong. You slip it on, enjoying the slight constriction, the way it lifts and shapes your new breasts. Then come the yoga pants, hugging your hips and thighs like a second skin. You feel powerful, desirable, and incredibly dangerous.
But there's the problem of your old body, still slumped in the hallway. You can't exactly leave him here. And you can't carry him. Not in this body.
You poke your head out of the bedroom door. Chad is still there, a lump of dead weight against the wall. You scan the room, your mind racing, and then you see it: a vintage skateboard in the corner, propped up against a bookshelf. A grin spreads across your borrowed face.
You drag Chad's body onto the skateboard, a grunting, awkward process that leaves you breathless. Naomi's body is strong, but Chad's dead weight is a challenge. You manage it though, and soon you're rolling him down the hallway, a bizarre funeral procession for your former self.
Getting him down the stairs is another adventure, a slow, careful process of one step at a time, the skateboard scraping against the wood. You're grateful for the late hour, for the empty street outside. You don't need any witnesses to this particular brand of madness.
You manage to get Chad's body into the passenger seat of Naomi's car, a task that leaves you sweating and cursing. You're a mess, your hair a tangle, your makeup smudged. You catch your reflection in the rearview mirror and laugh. Naomi is going to kill you.
You slide into the driver's seat, the unfamiliar controls a minor hurdle. You've driven before, but this feels different, more intense. You can feel the thrum of the engine through the seat, the vibration of the road a constant, intimate caress. You drive with a newfound confidence, a reckless abandon that feels both foreign and exhilarating.
You decide to take the long way home, wanting to stretch out this experience, to savor every moment. You crank up the radio, some thumping pop song that you've never heard before but that feels somehow appropriate. You sing along, your voice a sultry alto that surprises you. You roll down the windows, letting the cool night air whip through your hair. This is freedom, pure and unadulterated.
