Blair's first real attempt at fighting!

Blair knew she only had one real option, she had to fight. Running would only get her killed without even a fight. Sure, it was likely that she would die, but it wouldn't be without a fight! Heck, in the unlikely event of her winning she would have avenged her friends and her likely deceased girlfriend. There was the side benefit of protecting Ellinor too, which was certainly a plus. Sure, this was quite self serving, but fuck it. This was something Blair simply couldn't let slide, this was solidified as she thought, 'I will make Zane pay for what he's done to me, my girlfriend, and my friends!' A new quest popped up as she thought this.

Blair takes action! Biding for time.

- Distract Zane for one minute, allowing Ellinor to escape.

Blair lifted a brow and thought after reading that, 'Um, how hard is this going to be if not dropping below 10% health is an optional goal?', but quickly hit accept. She opened her inventory to quickly change from her current clothing to slip on her, White Dragonscale Chainmail Shirt, Demon Leather Boots, Emiko's Leggings, and Firebrand of Nature. She placed her Blue Mini Dress of the Runes, shoes, and phone into her inventory.

Blair's combat stats had increased with her current gear to the following:

Blair was looking over her current stats and on use items, when she heard several very fast footsteps heading her way. There wasn't enough time to look everything over, she was mentally kicking herself for not looking this over sooner. This certainly made things clear to Blair. She needed to prioritize combat over having a good time from now on.

When Blair looked around the corner, she saw a very focused Zane was charging right at her. He was fast, almost too fast for Blair. Her eyes could barely keep up which gave her the bright idea to cast Cuteness, if there was any time to reduce damage, now was it. - 10 Mp She saw a glimpse of Master Tong casting something, but its effects were clear, the ground in front of her had turned into a mix of mud and tar, slowing down Zane's movements dramatically right before his right fist connected with her stomach, sending her backwards, flying several feet into the air taking a huge amount of damage. - 1 Mp, (25 damage deflected, 50 reduced by Cuteness) - 175 Hp Her body felt a huge amount of pain flowing through her abdomen, her eyes looked above as the bone dragon she saw earlier was flying within 20 yd of her face. Gamer's Mind allowed her to stay calm and focused long enough to cast Domination in midair, she felt a minor mental struggle with the animated creature before an icon showed up below her own health and mana bar, showing the bone dragon's health, mana bar, and a two minute timer. - 75 Mp

She ignored a new exclamation that began to flash, giving her only a moment to adjust her fall while mentally commanding the bone dragon, forcing it to turn around and block the next attack from Zane, taking 105 damage. She could see her Bone Dragon had two abilities available, Swipe and Dragon's breath. Swipe was just its auto attack, but Dragon's breath dealt damage equal to 5% of its Hp every second for 5 seconds. This ability had a 10 second cooldown, but cost 100 Mp. She decided to give it a try and had it use Dragon's breath. - 100 Mp She watched with fascination as a blue flame started to stir within its mouth before letting out a stream of flame right in Zane's face for 50 damage per hit, but Zane quickly moved, only taking two hits. 50 damage x 2 = (100 damage) Zane growled, his fists were enveloped in a golden hue before striking the dragon's ribs, breaking two of them with holy damage 420 damage each. 420 damage x 2 = (840 damage) She cringed seeing how quickly her bone dragon's health dropped while thinking, 'If I can just distract him a little longer, I should be okay.'

She cast Mother Earth's Blessing on herself, restoring 50 health instantly and started to heal another 50 over 5 seconds. - 75 Mp, + 50 Hp Zane was starting to turn his attention back towards her when a rather large bolt of shadow energy flew by Zane's head, doing minor damage to him, a measly 5 damage, but struck her Bone Dragon, restoring 500 Hp to it. This allowed for the first two ticks of her heal to go off. + 20 Hp

Zane turned around and yelled at Master Tong. "I will be kill you soon enough you cur!" Blair watched Zane for a moment as she thought, 'Maybe I can use his anger to my advantage. I just need to stall him.' Before that however, she used this moment to quickly check what that exclamation from earlier was about.

"Ah, that is rather funny. I had almost forgotten it was your perverted sexual nature that led my sweet Nora astray. Something that is being removed from her mind as we speak." Zane let out a breath as his stance changed, a green aura formed around him, however his hands stopped glowing as he smiled and said. "Not that you will live long enough to do anything about it." This was quite worrisome, she could visibly see his wounds vanishing as his health was starting to return.
