Katy sees the Collar with the "pussy" tag and picks it up "heh this will work best" she says smirking to herself as she looks to the store owner.

"Heh not a bad choice, I would suggest ears and a tail to go with it, but you said that you are in a hurry" she says smiling as they walk to the counter, Katy goes for her wallet and stops, it wasnt in her pants. she double checked and found even her phone and keys were not there, the clerk likely noticed her panic "everything ok?" she asks

Katy sighs "I left my wallet in my apartment.... what time is it?" she asks and the clerk points to a clock, Katy had about 30 minutes left before the rule activated the second stage, maybe enough time to get to her apartment and back? it took 15 minutes to get to this store so likely just enough time.... but if she was delayed at all she would run out of time the moment she got back to the store with her wallet.
