Charles looked around for his business partner to show up. Normally Charles would handle these things on his own, but the way his informant had blasted his target out to everyone in the network, his partner who normally handled the financial side of things was overly enthusiastic about participating in the more hands-on parts of the operation.

Charles made sure that he brought his chauffer with him, as he had worked under Charles before and hopefully keep his partner out of trouble... still, where was he? He was running late.

Charles turned his head as he heard the sound of someone in heels walking down the sidewalk. 'Huh, when it rains it pours', Charles thought. The blonde girl was wearing a top with a deep v neck that showed off her cleavage. Charles particularly liked the collar around her neck as he imagined putting a real one on her after stripping her out of those clothes. His business partner would have to figure thing's out on his own, Charles was about to get to work.

"Excuse me? Miss? I'm trying to find an address and I think I'm lost," Charles introduced himself with a grin.
