Billy Cranston (MMPR)

Billy Cranston had been given the six gems by his science club teacher. The teacher had been unable to identify the stones, and thought Billy could do it as an extra credit project. At best, solving the stones mystery. At worse, giving Billy some keepsakes.

So the young man in glasses took them home to study with his equipment. Most of which he build himself, some based on advance alien technology. Technology he had gained access to as the Blue Power Ranger. He had placed under various tools and scanners, before the results came up on his computer screen.

'There seems to be an energy field surrounding the gemstones preventing all but close range analysis of them. However, my analysis devices were close enough to perform the deep scans of the elements to understand at least some of their properties.' Billy thought, memorizing the information before deleting it quickly. Because even the limited information would be dangerous in the wrong hands. Like the forces fighting the Rangers.

'The red stone was giving more power then the scanner could detect. The orange one was giving off the most powerful chronotons that I have ever seen. The purple one has spacial warping properties. The blue gem seems to have multiple brainwaves, almost making it undetectable. I am completely confused by the yellow and green gems. The gems seem to enhance each other, especially the red stone. There may be only one way to find out their inherit properties...' was the scientist's thoughts, about to do something stupid and risky. The information he need, however, could only come from it.

He picked all six stones, focusing one them seeing what they could do. Only to have the information given. His test were right. Red, orange, purple, blue. As he had discovered, they had control over four elements of the universe. Power, time, space and mind. The yellow and green stones were the ones which worried him most. Reality and soul. Holding one stone would allow one to control that aspect of existence. All six would make one a god.

Which made it important the forces of evil didn't get them. But how to protect them?

'Should I hid them? Split them between my follow rangers? Give them to Zordon? Or keep them under my observation? Perhaps running some tests?' Billy tried to come up with an answer before deciding to...
