Better check on Max.

After leaving the drop site with the money you decide it best to check in with Max and take the money home. On your way to where you suddenly know is your apartment you call Max. “Hi Max how did everything turn out?”

“Well the German you fought with is apparently a high profile independent contractor like yourself that goes by the name of Sebastian. He got away but as the job is done you shouldn’t see him again. Your employer contacted me with my finders fee so I assume you got him the merchandise. He also let me know he offered you a second contract. Do you plan to take it?”

“Yeah I think so the pay is right.”

“You may want to reconsider if you haven’t told them you would take the job. There is a problem I am not sure how you want to deal with. Apparently the company you broke into is being unprofessional and has put out feelers to anyone that can find the person that broke into their place so they can deal with them. If I were you I would get what you need out of your current place in case it is compromised and I can set you up with a new apartment. Then you should probably lay low for a while till this all blows over.”

You look down at yourself and smile. “Nah I think I have a better idea…”

He cuts you off there, “I see that is why you were dressed like a slut. You always did seem to be one step ahead of the competition. Let me guess you pissed someone off in the building and let them live after seeing your face. Well whatever but if you really want to pull off the “I am a girl” con you should head down to Doc’s place I know he can give you some quick nano tech enhancements that will make the look much more convincing and make it much safer for you.”

“Good idea. I will head there now tell him I am coming. Oh and I think I will go by The Fox for now.”

You have a 12mm pistol with 3 clips of 10 rounds and 7 in the gun, your holdout gun with 1 shotgun shell, a katana that anyone who knows you will recognize as yours, a satchel holding $100,000, and a borrowed motorcycle. ‘Oh well.’ You arrive at the little nondescript building you know is Doc’s shop. “Doc you in here?” You ask as you enter the building.

“Yes. What do you want?” You see an elder man in a white lab coat hunched over a beautiful naked woman attaching a metallic leg to her torso. “Can you not see I am busy?”

“My name is Vixen, Max sent me.”

This causes him to stand and look over at you, “Yes yes he told me to expect you I have everything ready. It will be $10,000 now and an additional $10,000 to change you back later. If you want the full thing with a working cyber pussy it is an additional $150,000 but that will take me a couple of days to acquire.”

“Just the basics thanks.” You walk forward to meet him and set the cash on the table.

“Then lets get this done quickly. I understand you are wanted and I don’t want you caught here. Take off your dress and take this.” He hands you an envelope and continues. “That is from Max. To make this easy to reverse I have set everything to small.” He then proceeds to grab a gun like object with a needle for a barrel. You look on in fascination as he inserts it into your right and left hips, each nipple, your throat, lips, and finally he pulls out a little chip. “The nanites will take about an hour to finish rebuilding you but it is an easy painless process you will hardly notice. "Ok good choice." He grabs a larger device similar to what doctors use to give vaccinations and gives you an injection in your arm. "There done, now you had better leave."

“Thanks.” You pay him the additional money and head out. Opening the envelope you see a key and an the address of what you assume is your new apartment. Knowing you need to ditch the Katana and hoping Max has hooked up your place you head to the address at the edge of the combat zone.
