Betray Uncle Iroh and join Azula

Zuko looked to the path Azula went, the only way out. He closes his eyes, thinking about what he wants. So many years away from home, his people, his nation. He did not look at Iroh, not wanting to see his pained of the path Zuko will be choosing. Zuko began to walk to the only path to Azula, Aang, and Katara, removing his tea shop gown and prepare to join the battle.

Hearing the fight had begun, Zuko finds Katara and Aang have cornered Azula, sending a blast of fire between them. He looks the the three, about to make the final decision in this moment. Making his choice, Zuko looked at Aang and sends fire at him, which Aang avoids. Azula and Katara begin their own fight, as Zuko and Aang have their own.

Zuko struggled fighting Aang, as he has grown much stronger than he last fought him. He has grown as well, and he was no longer underestimating the Avatar. Although, even as much as he has grown, Zuko was pushed back after Aang send a large stalactite down to the ground. Zuko hit onto one of the crystals, recovering from being blown back.

Looking up, he sees his sister overpowered by Katara. He got back up to his feet, rising to the air and sends flames to the tendrils that held Azula, freeing her. Azula looked to Zuko, happy that he helped her until looking to Aang. The pairs switch, Zuko now facing Katara, the one who offered to heal his scar.

Their fight began, Katara thinking that Zuko would have changed and finally do good, only for Zuko to respond that he has changed. The two exchanged blows, fire against water, the two barely making any push to the other. That is until Azula comes to assist Zuko after dealing with the Avatar. The two corner Katara, sending flames until she is taken down.

Zuko and Azula looked at Katara until hearing a rumble. The two turn and see Aang come and charge at them above the earth he bent. Just before he can reach them, the Dai Li come and stop Aang, sending him flying. Zuko and Azula face Aang with the agents, as some of the Dai Li surround Katar, who stands her feet to defend herself.

Aang got to his feet to continue fighting, but sees that there was just too many of them. Zuko and Azula were going to be victorious, until Aang turns away and encase himself in a crystal. Moments pass until a glow appears within the crystal, Zuko and the Dai Li standing down and watch. Soon the crystal shatters, a pillar of light rising above, the Avatar rising and glaring at his enemies. He is in his Avatar State, but having control over it.
