This one is Bernkastel.

Lady Bernkastel is the Witch of Miracles, a constant opponent of Lady Lambdadelta. Their rivalry goes beyond anything humans can comprehend of; it is said that entire universes are spun in and out of existence as they compete. In this game, she backs Battler. If he can escape from the witch's game, that truly would be a miracle, wouldn't it? The funny part is, while they try to enact some sort of miracle, I'm instead eager to live here forever.

Bernkastel is cold and calculating, with the kind of shrewdness necessary to bring about miracles. That seems to involve a certain ruthless cunning as well. Just because she's Battler's backer doesn't mean you should treat her as a friend of the weak.

Like most witches, she hates boredom. Perhaps that is what draws Lambdadelta and her into constant competition. She has no patience for useless pieces. Her "magic" is almost irrelevant, as she is capable of making and unmaking universes, changing the course of fate, supplanting people into new realities. If you think my Pink Trigger is going to stand up to that, I am flattered, but dream on... We're going to have to make ourselves useful to her or entertain her to get anywhere. In the worst case, I could end up banished from my own story...

At the time of this story, Bernkastel would certainly be in the meta-world, speaking to Lambdadelta, Battler, or Beatrice. She has no reason to exist in the world of humans or witches, unless someone can trap her there, of course. Therefore, we shouldn't expect to see her anywhere outside of the meta-world.

Bernkastel may appear young, but she's actually several thousands of years old.
