As the deer woman gets closer, you can see that she is talking to a bird monster with blue feathers. He is wearing large circular glasses that stay suspended on his large yellow beak, despite the lack of arms on said glasses. The bird person is wearing a plain looking white, button up shirt, a backpack styled after some sort of green creature from a video game, and that's about it. Underneath his shirt, you can see that he is wearing a pair of black shorts. The shorts don't cover up his tail feathers, which also brings your attention to the way the shorts hug his rear. Where the shorts end, however, you can see his legs become more bird-like down to his feet, which look like a pair of talons. Interestingly, the bird person only has their backpack on one shoulder.

They continue their conversation, up until the deer girl finally notices you. "Oh, h-hello there." She says. "Are you new here? I don't think I've seen you before. My name is Noelle, it's nice to meet you." Before you can respond though, the blue bird person cuts in. "And my name is Berdly. Make a note of it, because you are in the presence of a future valedictorian." With that, Berdly strikes a cocky pose, which makes Noelle let out a polite smile. You notice that despite making a pose, Berdly still hasn't moved one of his arms. You question him about it, which makes Berdly look a bit uncomfortable, before he chuckles lightly to himself. "Ah, this old thing? I appreciate the concern, but it is entirely unwarranted. Just as a blind person gains enhanced hearing and taste, so too has my intellect risen to new heights in compensation for this minor disability." Though Berdly sounds very sure of himself, Noelle's expression appears somewhat pained as she listens. With that settled you tell them that your name is Vessel, and that you aren't, in fact, a student, and that you are actually just looking around the campus. "I see." Berdly remarks. "Well, since me and Noelle don't have classes at the moment, we would be more than happy to show you around." Noelle looks like she wants to say something, but chooses not to.
