Ben Henshaw, secretly sadistic bulk owner

Ben Henshaw was, on the surface, a model citizen of the new American reality. He had been rich before the laws hit and had used his influence to gain the permission to own 30 women. On the surface he was always the image of the generous owner. Always giving his minority items anything they needed. He had even been accused by some of being a little too generous and friendly to his girls, maybe even going against the government's cause, but those rumours had quickly been dispelled by his steady supply of offspring.
