Being the target of a nasty plot.

As the official head of the Church of Seiros, Rhea has many important responsabilities and duties, one of them being to protect the church from both external and internal enemies, or what she perceives as them, and to bring divine punishment unto them, one of them being the western church.

Partly motivated due to the machinations of "those who slither in the dark", but also due to many legitimate issues, the western branch of the Church of Seiros chose to rebel a few months ago against what they call the tyrany of the archibishop, hoping to gain recognition and autonomy from them, but ever since them, they have been subject to nothing but repression, persecution and defeat at their hands.

Yet, they still hold on, as despite the many defeats they have suffered, they aren't going to surrender just yet, for they still a trump card up their sleeves, one that will surely win the war for them. A master plot of sorts

The basics of the plan are the following, by using one of the few remaining undercover agents inside the monastery that they have, they plan to stage an "accident" that will surely put into Rhea's leadership and image as head of the church unto question. That way, she will no longer have the unanimous power to do her bidding, meaning that they will be free from her authority once and for all.

Of course, that's just the basic outline of the plan, for they are still planning on what will that accident be, and how their agents are going to do it. But after discussing about it for a while, they reached an conclussion, and began to put into motion.
