Before the pep rally

Gigi had thought these two incidents for Tammy would be enough embarrassment for her that she would have turned over a new leaf but it seems that with her memory of a goldfish and the financial prowess of her father it seems like those two incidents never even occurred. Gigi watched Tammy bully girls aside from herself even more and at one point making a girl fall to the ground crying right in the middle of the busy hallway. Gigi received ridicule first hand whether it be about traditional clothing that was in her family for generations or just blatant ignorant comments about her race. Gigi knew she needed to strip her down once more but at a much grander stage. Gigi knew the pep rally was coming up and knew she could strike then.

Gigi confirmed not only that Tammy was gonna be there but saw her and her cronies dressed in their cheerleading attire. She was chatting with them as they all laughed like robots that catered to her every whim. Apparently they had just chased a girl into the bathroom and left her there crying in a stall. Gigi motioned her hands as if she was grabbing the skirt and pushed up like a gust of wind. Her skirt went up and her red thong underneath flashed everyone in the hallway. Tammy freaked out and tried to push down skirt but no one saw very much since her cronies were surrounding her fairly well. Tammy was able to get her skirt under control as they proceeded to the locker room. Gigi got up and headed to the back entrance of the locker room.

When Gigi got there, she didn’t hear them yet and headed for an empty bathroom stall. She got herself in one and put her feet up on the toilet to listen to the cronies bust through the door with Tammy in tow. Tammy was freaking out a bit but they let her know that no one had seen anything since they were covering all of her angles. Tammy caught her breath a bit and told them that everything needed to go perfect for the pep rally. Gigi peeked out to see that Tammy was reaching into her locker to pull out some short shorts. Gigi motioned her hands as if she was stretching out the fabric of the shorts to the point of overstretching and tearing. They couldn’t hear anything since Tammy and her cronies were chatting about the game-plan for the pep rally. Tammy told them to go ahead of her and get everything ready while she finished changing.

Gigi heard the cronies empty out and Tammy was left all alone with Gigi. Tammy reached for her shorts and slid them up her legs. As she brought them closer to her butt she noticed them were not very tight and brought them to her hips only for the shorts to fall to the ground. Tammy shrieked in horror and bent over. Gigi decided to cut the sides of her panties by using two fingers as scissors. Gigi snipped both sides as suddenly her panties joined her ruined shorts on the ground. Tammy knew she was in trouble as she had no bottoms for under her skirt and the pep rally started in ten minutes. Gigi decided that she was gonna strike even harder than the previous times.
