Bedtime

The afternoon and evening go by quickly, with both of you enjoying each other’s company. Emi seems more and more interested in being close to you as the day goes on, even following you into the kitchen as you make dinner. She watches you cook with curiosity, though she doesn’t ask questions. You talk to her more, and learn more about her. Though she’s quite naive, she’s not stupid, and she learns quickly when you explain how things work.

Emi seems fascinated by the computer, especially when you show her how to find information online. She is eager to find out more about the outside world, even if she can’t yet participate directly. Interestingly, she seems to prefer to sit on your lap, rather than in a chair beside you. You don’t mind, the petite cat girl doesn’t weigh much, and you definitely enjoy the closeness as well.

Eventually, night rolls around, and you start to lay out a pillow and blanket on the couch for her. Emi stops you however.

“Could I…could I sleep in your bed? With you? I’d like to have you close.”

You look at her, seeing hope in those mismatched eyes. “I suppose there’s no harm in that. Sure.”

Emi’s face lights up with a smile, and she leaps forward and hugs you tightly. Surprised by the amount of affection, you return the hug, gently rubbing her back. Emi actually purrs, nuzzling your chest for a moment, before finally letting go. She flashes another smile before bounding off to the bedroom.

You chuckle at her reaction, and turn off the lights before following. When you walk inside, you stop dead in your tracks, however. Emi is standing next to the bed, pulling off her borrowed shirt, leaving her nude backside on display before you. She stretches, arms up, and your eyes wander down her bare back, seeing the scars on her smooth skin. Her cat tail flicks back and forth, and she bends over to pull back the covers, sticking her shapely butt out as she does.

You tear your eyes away. What are you doing, perving on this poor woman?! After all she’s been through, and after less than a day, you bring her to your bed? She doesn’t know any better, and has clearly latched on to you since you showed her kindness. You couldn’t possibly take advantage of her vulnerability, that’s not right!

Another part of your mind argues back. She didn’t mind you looking at her before the shower this morning, and in fact, she seemed to be happy you found her attractive. And now she’s getting in bed naked, without any encouragement from you! It’s not like you’re forcing anything to happen.

Your thoughts are interrupted by a satisfied sigh from Emi, who has laid down and pulled up the covers. She looks at you and smiles, and you can’t help but smile back. The happiness you see in her face warms your heart, and you walk over to the other side of the bed. Coming to a quick decision, you undress as well, but leave your underwear on as you climb into bed with the smiling cat girl.

Immediately, she scoots over against you, her back against your chest. She grabs your arm and pulls it over her, hugging it against her. You feel her small breasts against your forearm, and you take a calming breath. Emi purrs happily, her warm body pressed back against you. You gently kiss the top of her head, and her three ears twitch, a smile on her face as she closes her eyes.

You listen to her breathing as you lie there, and soon she’s clearly asleep, still clinging to your arm. You take some time to banish the thoughts caused by her lithe body against you, her warm, soft skin against yours. Concentrating on the comfort rather than the allure, you close your eyes.
