Bed Time

"Well. I had a lot of things I wanted to do with you, but you're kind of too small now..." Amber whined, sulking. "I guess we'll have to just head to bed, maybe I'll think of something we can do tomorrow."

Amber rose out of the bath, carefully balancing me on her palm, before setting me on the sink, the surface seeming to stretch out infinitely in front of me.

Amber picked up a towel off the rack, and wrapped it around her waist. She then placed her hand in front of me, as if waiting for something.

"Did your intelligence shrink with your size? Hurry up and get on!" Amber bickered.

I approached her index finger, it thicker than I was tall, and I leapt upwards, reaching for the pad of the finger. I managed to hoist myself up, before running over to her palm.

"Wow, you really cant go far at that size, huh? It took you like a full 15 seconds just to get onto my palm."

Amber then began walking back to her room, while I continued to be intimidated by the sheer scale of everything around me. We arrived back in Amber's room, and she set me on her desk before sitting down on the bed, the mattress bowing under her weight. She seemed distant, both in a literal sense, and in the sense that she seemed to be spacing out, her eyes fixed on my frame.

"Uh, Amber?" I asked, before noticing she couldn't possible hear me. I waved at her, which seemed to send her out of her trance.

"Oh, yeah we were about to go to sleep, yeah?" She said, embarrassed by her actions. "Now where are you gonna sleep, you're so small, I'm afraid that if you are just on the bed I could crush you without noticing. How about...."
