It provides the usual panoply of machines and training equipment, but the centerpiece is the large wrestling mat in the middle, where duels for dominance and struggles for supremacy take place. Matches can be in any attire, but most competitors choose to be topless or nude. There are also a few challenge formats that the competitors can agree upon.
