Becky visits Charlotte

the next day Becky was cleared to go home. before she left the hospital she stopped to see Charlotte.

Charlotte is lying in bed resting.

she looks up to see Becky.

"come to gloat?"

Becky was taken aback.

"wha-? no! Charlotte we may not be close anymore but I don't want to see ye hurt. I woulda saved you if I coulda got up in time."

"well at least your beautiful new girlfriend is champion. I'm sure you're very proud of-"

"Don't even SAY her NAME!" Becky snapped.

tears ran down Becky's face. her fists shook with anger.

"it was all a lie! she USED me!" Becky sat in a chair and hung her head.

"Becky you sound SURPRISED." Charlotte said without sympathy.

"Kay Lee Ray is a KNOWN manipulator. I can't believe you were stupid enough to fall for it! Becky I thought you were SMARTER than that."

Becky just sighed.

"I know," Becky said softly

"Becky." Charlotte said softly.

Becky looked up with tears streaking her face.

Charlotte had a sympathetic look on her face.

"kick her ass for me."

Becky nodded.

"I will. oh I WILL."
