Becky knows what she's doing

"Tegan are you INSANE!?" Sonya says as Tegan returns backstage.

"you're the new face of smackdown! if you LOSE, all the investments, the marketing, the merchandise, EVERYTHING I've put into you will be for NOTHING!"

Tegan glanced at her guiltily.

"Sonya I understand the risks."

"I HAVE to do this! if I don't prove to myself I'm better than Becky I'll never accept myself as champion. the fans will never accept me."

her voice softened and Sonya touched Tegan's face.

"I love you Tegan." Sonya whispered.

Gigi and Toni wrestled a match to determine who would challenge Tegan for the title.

Toni put her foot on the ropes as Gigi pinned her but Jacy pushed her foot off the ropes and the ref never saw it.

Gigi was declared the winner much to Toni's dismay.

Becky watched on the monitor back stage.

"classic." she muttered as she watched toxic attraction celebrate.

another week goes by and Tegan Nox defeats Gigi Dolin with a clean win, retaining her title.

as she returned backstage Becky greeted her.

"thanks Becky." Tegan said quietly.

"come on Tegan. what's goin' on?" Becky asked softly.

Tegan extended her hand and Becky shook it then pulled her into a warm hug.

"I'm sorry Becky!" Tegan whispered.

"but this sunday it's the end for one of us."
