Diana walked to a part of the room more like an operation room than a lab. Once she stood there, a light scanned her body as she waited for acknowledgement from the computer to start her hardware upgrades.

Once it was done scanning, she laid herself down on the table, as robotic arms came forward and prepared her for surgery.

Blueprints came into her mind of what would happen to her.

Her breasts would be increased in size to be equal with the size of her head.

Her ass would also see an increase in mass. This mass would be taken from her waist, which would be made thinner as a way to increase her curvy appearance.

Her lips would also be increased.

Not that she could react to any of this. She had no emotional response to the information of her transformation.

She laid there motionless as the arms got to work on altering her. No need to put her under anesthesia or anything. A simple command to enter rest mode took out anything remotely like consciousness from the machine made of flesh.
