Basketball!

"Today we're going to play some basketball." The coach explained. "Now you five, against you five!"

She pointed at Lauren and a random grouping of girls. Then the next five were Charlotte, Britney and a few of their friends.

"Everyone else clear the court!" The gym teacher blew the whistle. Everyone began moving, Lauren reluctantly moved onto the court with the other girls who apparently made up her team. Charlotte and her crew positioned for defense. Charlotte picked up the basketball and threw it to Lauren, who barely caught it before it smacked into her.

"You guys can go first." Charlotte grinned. "You're gonna need it."

Lauren started dribbling. She was no ball player, but Dylan was there and she wanted to impress him. Also this could be a great chance to get back at Charlotte! The coach blew the whistle one more time and the game began...
