Barking

Ellen woke up stirred by something looking around the room Jasper isn't next to her in the bed like she expected and Ollie is barking out the window towards the shed as you can see lights flickering, comforting her best friend clearly nervous about whats happening out there "Whats wrong boy its just daddy out at the shed" you can feel Ollie shaking then you hear it. A deep ear piercing howl and snarling.

Ollie dives under the bed whimpering as rain starts to thump on the window the glowing pale light from the moon illuminating the now darkened shed. You decide probably best to leave it to Jasper but then another growl a crash and a scream making you jump out of your skin goosebumps raised all over your body.

"Ok Ollie you stay I should mmmm I should check that out not that I want to" , gathering your confidence you get some boots throwing on a dressing gown on over your light blouse and thong anticipating not being out there long or hoping it.

You make your way downstairs grabbing a torch from the kitchen stepping to the back door hitting an outdoor light illuminating just outside the door. Ollie behind you yapping inscecantly "here I go I guess" mustering your courage exiting the house closing it behind you Ollie running to the kitchen window looking out as you hear multiple growls now.
