“I don’t like this. In fact, in fact I hate everything about this! But…” Katara says as she stands up.

“But?”

“But, I cant leave you alone to cause havoc with whatever Goon that you pick next!” Katara glares at you.

“So is that a yes?” You ask with a raised brow. To which Katara grits her teeth at you.

“Yes, You Stubborn hog-monkey.” Katara says through gritted teeth as her frustration is palpable.

“Great! *Snap*” You quickly snap your fingers as you summon a goblin into the room with a clipboard and pen. The water Bender could only look at this creature in strange curiosity as it walk towards her.

“Ta'e dis und zign.” The goblin said as it offered Katara the clipboard and pen. To which she took gingerly out of the goblins hands as it soon walked off its job done.

“What was that!” She asked out of shock as she watched the green little creature walk-off.

“The goblin? Hes one of the many minions you will be helping me command soon. Also you should get started on your contract for employment while I grab your glove from the dungeon heart.”

“That’s what this is- wait glove?!” Katara says out of shock.

Instead of responding to your hench you begin to focus your power into the dungeon heart. As the waters around the dungeon heart begin to swirling twist into the dungeon heart. Faster and faster they spend as the dungeon heart begins to glow brightly. So bright in fact causes Katara to close her eyes at the sheer brightness being emitted from the pool. Soon, it ends as quickly as the light came it vanished in a flash.

As from the waters rose a- wait what? You stood their confused for a second as you stared at the floating object.

As from out of the waters rose a Simple necklace with a blue stone pendant in the shape of a heart. Though confusing you understand why. This is one of the five options that the dungeon heart selects when a Hench is connected to the dungeon heart. Those five options are:

the glove of the right. (Fire)

The band of the left. (Shadow)

The circlet of the mind. (Wind)

The belt of the body. (Earth)

In the necklace of the heart. (Water)

You see the current object floating above the water is the last of the list. It is different from the glove of the right. As the glove of the right empowers an aggressive being by upping their physical abilities.

The necklace of the heart amplifies a caring individual’s ability to feel the empathy of others and gives them supreme abilitys when it comes to healing another being. This artifact is meant for a diplomat or healer, or in this case a water bender as the necklace is more in tune with the water element.

Seeing your slight confusion Katara voices her concern.

“Uh… I thought you said I was supposed to get a glove?” At this you quickly you compose yourself.

“Yes, you were originally supposed to get the glove of the right. However, it seems the dungeon heart has instead decided to give you the necklace of the heart.” You comment as you point to the floating necklace.

“The necklace of the heart?” Katara questions.

“Yes, the necklace of the heart. It amplifies your abilitys to heal, amplify your connection to your powers, and up your ability to empathize easier with other beings. As well as giving you a direct connection to both me and the dungeon heart.” You explained.

“Ok… So, what does that exactly entail?” Katara asks confused at your explanation.

“Sigh… It means you can feel the emotions of others better and get the ability to respawn here at the dungeon if you die out in the field.” You sigh as Katara’s eyes grow wide at the explanation.

“A Simple necklace does that!”

“Well it looks simple right now, but it will change and adjust your tastes once you put it on.” You inform Katara as you summon the necklace closer to the steps of the pool. Katara looks at the necklace uncertainly for a second and then back to you.

Hesitantly, Katara walks over to the necklace and slowly reaches up to grab it. As she grabs the pendant of the necklace the chain goes slack as she feels the weight of the necklace.

As she feels the texture and the weight of the pendant, she looks to you for a second, before turning back to the necklace.

Hesitantly and slowly Katara what’s the necklace on overlapping her mother’s choker with it. Soon the necklace emits a bright light, as the necklace begins to shift and change in size and dimension. As the light dies down the one simple necklace has turned into a more tribal version of itself. The once white chain of the necklace has turned into a leather strap that has 3 wolf fangs on either side of the pendant. The heart shaped blue stone has turned into a circular sapphire pendant inscribed with the water tribe symbol.

_“Hmm… Not a bad look.” _Your voice reaches out into Katara’s mind. Surprising her at the sudden appearance of your mental thought.

“Did you just?”

“Yes, I just spoke with in your mind. What did you think I meant by having a direct connection with me?” You inform her as you begin to walk back to the pool in which the dungeon heart rests in. Katara stands there a little in shock at the sudden invasion of her mind. To which you turn to her and begin to inform her of her benefits as your henchman.

“You really should finish that paperwork now. In its it will detail all of your benefits and new responsibilities. Those benefits will include weekly pay, paid vacation days, health and dental, and your new living arrangements.” Numbly Katara begins to fill out the paperwork as you begin to search for different worlds to conquer.

As you begin to do so, you have a certain, criteria for the worlds that you wish to conquer. Right now, you are relatively weak with very few resources. It would be best if you conquered a undeveloped world or world with few hero’s. A particularly weak set of worlds begin to appear in the pool as Katara begins to fill out her paperwork.
