Chris realized that he didn't want more attention on him than normal, and he felt that being the only one outside with his junk covered would only make more people focus on him. He grabbed his backpack and phone and resigned himself to walking outside naked. His roommate barely looked up as he left.

Mercifully, Amber's apartment was just a few blocks away. Chris raced inside the door and climbed up to the fourth floor. He knocked on the door and waited for Amber to unlock her door.
