You look at the man behind the bars in the police station holding cell. You've lost count of how many criminals you've picked up from the streets tonight and teleported straight into a holding cell. Being a crime fighter was what you had started out with when you had first come into possession of the magic rings, and somehow you had gotten distracted by the allure of power and abandoned your quest.

However, as you stare at the man you had caught trying to steal a car, you realize that there's no proof of his crime and the police will probably let him go when you let time resume. Just stopping time and grabbing criminals off the street is a short term solution which wouldn't even have put Marvin and his crew away.

At the end of the day, unless you're willing to do something **** using the powers of your rings, you still need to involve the proper authorities if you want to be useful to society. Frustrated, you pace around while time is halted, trying to think of a better way to go about fighting crime.
