I can't create anything like she can, but I can now use this metal to make normal weapons and armor that will be stronger than armor made with normal steel," he explains.

"Meanwhile I can of course make tech stuff and upgrades for our suits," Maple adds.

"I've also managed to bring all the robots you stored in my place here for use, I'll be set up here for the remainder of this floor I suppose," he explains.

"So, let me explain about upgrades," Maple begins, "the basic upgrades increase the suits durability or give it muscle or speed enhancement abilities that will augment the wearers strength or speed. You can only have one of those on the suit at a time since they are core upgrades, special augments are things like, Jet boots that allow for limited flight, anti-magic field you can extend past yourself or channel into an enemy to temporarily disable their magic, transfiguration module that can take similar items in your pack and change them into other items, like health potions into mana potions or vice versa, in built lighting system that can provide light in dark places automatically, teleportation system that can be used to teleport to other locations on the same floor, also has an emergency mode that can teleport you out of danger, but that can only be used once as it will short circuit the suit and break the teleport upgrade and lastly Arcane Flux upgrade removes the anti-magic system from the suit and instead enhances the wearers magic, you will be able to use magic again, but will also be again affected by Magic, also it will empower spells cast while wearing the suit. Obviously the anti-magic field and Arcane Flux upgrades are mutually exclusive," she explains.

"Wow that's a lot of upgrades, pretty useful ones too," Yulia says.

"Indeed, of course building these upgrades is a bit difficult, the core upgrades will just take two pieces of tech metal, but the special upgrades will require two pieces of tech metal and a machine core, Machine cores are only found in major machines like the manager, not lesser ones like the Predators or Jaspers, the vitriol had one, but I unfortunately used it and the rest of the ones I had on hand to make the suits in the first place," she explains.

"Okay so if we want one of those special upgrades we need to take down one of the bigger machines," Yulia confirms.

"Right, any core upgrades or weapons or armor you'd want right now?" she asks, "I can also use tech metal to make more emp grenades, 2 for every 1 plate of metal" Maple adds.
