“Emily, Truth or Dare?” Sarah asks.

“Umm, Dare!” Emily exclaims.

Sarah stops for a second, surprised that Emily chose Dare instead of Truth. She quickly thinks up an easy dare for her.

“Ahhhh… Hold your breath for a minute!” Sarah says, the first thing she could think of.

“Boooo! Boring!” Yuri says, mockingly shouting at Sarah.

“Alright, sounds easy enough!” Emily says with a smile. She takes in a large breath of air, sticking out her chest.

“Alright, time has start!” Casandra says. She holds out her phone toward Emily as the time ticks down.

At the thirty second mark, everyone is cheering for Emily, like they would at a college football game.

Emily seems to struggle somewhat As she hits the last couple of seconds, but Sarah holds onto her hand in encouragement.

“You got this Em,” Sarah says in a soft voice.

“3…2…1…” the girls count down before the phone alarm goes off. They all cheer as Emily finally opens her mouth, taking several short breaths.

“You did so good Em!” Sarah congratulates Emily. Strangely, Emily looks away, face somewhat red before saying “Thanks…”

Sarah didn’t know how to react to this, so she diverts the subject.

“So, I think it’s Casandra’s turn now?” Sarah awkwardly asks.
