“Visi? Visi?! Respond, that’s an order. Golem? Do you copy? Golem! Visi!” Robert grunted into his microphone, frantically trying to get a response after both Invisigal and Golems signals suddenly vanished from his computer screen.

“Dammit, that Temple has to be blocking the signal somehow…” He muttered to himself, searching the SDN network for any kind of access point to the Temple. If they were jamming the signal maybe there was a computer or grid system he could hack into… but there was nothing but silence.

A hand touched his shoulder, and Robert almost jumped as he looked over to see Blonde Blazer standing behind him.

“Hey, try to stay calm.” She said softly.

“Calm? Visi and Golem both just dropped off the grid into an teleporting orgy palace. How am I supposed to be staying calm?” Robert shot back, but Blazer placed her other hand on his shoulder to keep him focused on her.

“Hey, Visi and Golem are perfectly capable, but I agree them being off the grid is worrying. We’ll need to send another team to find them.” Blazer said.

“Another team? We don’t even know what happened to this one, I’m not going to keep feeding this place my people.” Robert declared. The Z-Team and him had a rocky start, no doubts about that, but they’d bonded with everything that had happened and now he wasn’t going to let anything happen to them.

“Robert, we have to do something but we can’t just…” Blazer started but Robert moved her hand to the side.

“I can go. My suit is fixed up, I can fly over and find Visi and Golem.” Robert declared. Thanks to SDN, thanks to Royd and Blazer and Visi, he was Mecha Man again after all.

“Robert we need you here, and this is the Z teams job. Let them find Visi and Golem.” Blazer pleaded, keeping her tone down as to not become too emotional.

Robert thought for a moment, looking down at his computer as he considered what to do.
