You return to the front desk, empty again besides the ginger dwarf sitting behind it. You lean forward.

"So, pretty boring, huh?" Paulo says.

"A bit. But it's a job."

"I don't mind it. I can sit for a long period of time and get paid. The boss is a hard worker too. It's kinda rubbing off on me."

You look forward and see Yasmine sorting through a stack of books at the border of a nearby aisle.

Suddenly you see a short man you recognise. It's the gnome from class, Joivus. With hands in his green coat's pockets he strolls through the door and looks to you, remembering your face from earlier. He makes his way over to you.
