You sheepishly creep back into the classroom and return to your seat. Miss Locke watches you with a stern face. "You took your time".

"Sorry Miss, I feel much better now" you reply.

"Good, because you've got a long time left before you can go." she says harshly.

You sigh and drop your head. Perhaps you shouldn't have bothered coming back. You could try bargaining with her, maybe challenge her to a game of rock paper scissors, and if you win you can leave? Or maybe you should just accept your punishment and sit through it.
