Lana (frustrated): Not now HK, prepare the ship for take off!

HK69: As you command master, I will save my observations for a later, more appropriate time.

Just as your ship leaves the ground you see Sidious lifting the rocks from the entrance of Ragnos's tomb and looking at your ship leaving. He sends a wave of lightning after the ship, but your shields deflect it, allowing you to escape and leave him stranded on the ground, failing to kill or capture you.

Sidious (onto his holocommunicator): Prepare the assassin. Our plans have changed, she won't be replacing the target. She'll be destroying her.

He makes his way back to his ship and leaves Korriban just as you did. You mourn Valare's loss on the ship, by staying in your room for the rest of the journey back to Coruscant, and thinking things through. Ranvi takes care of Drek, who remains tranquilized until you get him into the temple. She keeps sensing her people dying for some time, hoping this is only a trick cast onto her by Sidious to deceive her. Once you land, Drek is taken to the medbay and examined by the best Jedi healers in the temple. All the while you and Ranvi make your report to the council, which receives the news badly and with utmost concern. They dismiss you until further orders, advising you not to go on any missions before Sidious has been apprehended. Master Yoda is the most concerned of the council members, he has just seen a vision, prior to your arrival that he should go to Korriban himself. He hasn't told anybody about them and this news has strengthened his intention to go there, but he must go alone. You return to the medbay with Ranvi to see how Drek's condition is, but the masters tell you to stay in your rooms and rest, they will inform you the next day about their results. On your way to your room, you hear two padawans talking about what happened to Barris. You would rather not hear it, taking responsibility for it, but you hear them say she survived. You rush to them and question them outright.

Lana (hastely): Hey you two, Padawans! What is it that you are talking about?!

Caleb Dume: Ehm, sorry Master Ordo, we were just talking, that's all!

Lana: I'm not disciplining you, I'm just asking you a question! What did you say? Barriss Offee is alive?!

Cal Kestis: Yes, she jumped out of a window the other day, but she fell onto a ship carrying something liquid, like Geobrain gelation or something, she was hit hard on the impact nonetheless, but she was **** healed by the masters and she has recovered!

Lana: Is that true?!

Cal Kestis: Yes, it is, I saw her the other day myself!

Lana: Thank the stars she made it! Don't you know where she is?

Caleb Dume: She isn't in the temple as far as I know, she didn't come to fencing class at least.

Lana: Thanks, I'll find her! Oh, and may the **** be with you Padawans!

Cal Kestis: What a strange girl!

Caleb Dume: Yeah, strange... But at least she looks hot!

Cal Kestis (blushing): Caleb! We shouldn't be talking about these things!

Caleb Dume: Right, right, sorry about that... Anyway, Master Billaba said we are going to go on a mission to Kaller next week! I can't wait, she says this might be the last battle we participate in before the war ends!

Cal Kestis: Master Tapal doesn't expect the war to end so quickly. He's always the pessimist and maximalist I assume. We are going on a mission to Bracca, but he always insists on training, even during our traveling time! Nobody is training on the ship, come on!...

You hear no more about their conversation, as you try to find Master Luminara to ask her about Barriss, but she's currently out on a mission as well. Nobody knows where Bassiss currently is, just that she isn't in the temple. You then return to your room and rest a while, you are going to need it.

The next day the healing masters ask for you and Ranvi to go back to the medbay. They have bad news for you. The masters have tried multiple ways to heal Drek or rid him of Ragnos's spirit, but all attempts have failed. The ritual, in which he had given his blood to the dark lord cannot be undone, only by Ragnos himself, who will certainly not leave Drek's body now that he's back. As of now, it is up to Drek's will to contain Ragnos, but from time to time, he loses control over him, he smashed three medical droids the moment he woke up and had to be subdued by the temple guards. Since he's too dangerous to be kept here, he will be transferred to the prison block of the temple and detained until a solution is found. He'll he carefully monitored by the medical staff, they say. You take the news badly, especially Ranvi.

Ranvi: But...! But...! There must be a way! Certainly, there is a way to get rid of the Sith! And to put him into a prison...?! This is outrageous!

Master: I understand your frustration, but you must understand, that we have tried all known rituals, techniques, and everything we have knowledge about in the Jedi library, but nothing bore fruit. Your friend must fight his battle alone.

Lana: There must be a way to help him at least!

Ranvi (more and more angrily): You dare call yourselves healing masters?! You can't heal a poor guy who's being tormented by the dead!

Lana: Ranvi calm down, you aren't helping with this!

Master: I truly am sorry for your friend's condition. The only thing we can do is to detain him at a safe place where we can take good care of him until we find a method to heal him.

Ranvi (lifting up a medical droid in her anger): And when is that going to be?! A year?! Two?! Never...?!

Droid: Oh, by the designer, please put me down! I wasn't programmed to be levitating!

Master: Please calm down, or I'll call the temple guards to escort you to your room!

Lana (grabbing Ranvi's hand and dragging her out of the medbay): Sorry masters, we have to go now! Ranvi, come, you should breathe some fresh air!

She puts the droid down and follows you out of the medbay to the corridor, where she keeps insulting the healers.

Ranvi (infuriated): Those incompetent, narrow minded, schuttas, sons of a Hutt! I won't let him be detained like an animal! I'll find a cure for this!

Lana: I want to help too, but what can we do? There's nothing we can do to help him if the masters failed...

Ranvi: I'll take him to my clan, I'm sure somebody will help us! Sidious couldn't be telling the truth about them all dying right...? Right...?

Lana: O-of course they aren't all dead! Let's go to Dathomir and find Mother Talzin, she'll help us, if somebody knows how to solve such **** problems, it's her!
