"Matriarchs of the line of Minrak," begins Axallora, "I have summoned us all here to discuss a new and growing threat. A human has attacked the city and his primary target is the dignity of the elven women."

"If an elven woman can't defeat a simple single human, then maybe they don't deserve dignity!" Someone shouted, eliciting a laugh and cheer from some of the more proud women in the room.

"Please, Sister Raxta, this human has already gone to the arcane academy and stripped nearly every female within its walls, including the professors. Already, over a hundred of them have been sent running humiliated through the streets with his red signature on their bottoms: a read stamp bearing the words "Stripped by the Panty Raider!" in the human script!"

"By the Matron line what are you doing here? And why are you presenting yourself so disgracefully?" Axallora almost screamed at the newcomer.

As if out of nowhere, a woman had appeared in front of Axallora, not wearing a stitch of clothing. She could be a high ranking priestess given her enormous bosom and thick womanly curves, maybe even a command position in the military.

"I'm sorry, you must have been attacked by the human, we'll protect you, I see you avoided his stamp... why are you smiling?"
