Avatar (The World of Benders)

John blinked and suddenly found themselves standing in a world filled with elemental magic. Massive stone cities carved into mountains, bustling harbors filled with ships, and forests of towering trees greeted them. Firebenders hurled flames through the sky, Earthbenders shaped rock with mere movements of their hands, Waterbenders gracefully manipulated streams and rivers, and Airbenders flew with the wind. This was a world where bending the elements defined the course of history.

“This is the world of Avatar,” the goddess explained, her voice imbued with mystery. “Here, you can master one of the four elements—Earth, Fire, Water, or Air. You could choose to live during the height of the 100-Year War when the Fire Nation's conquest threatened the world, or perhaps in the time of Avatar Kyoshi, whose strength shaped an era of fierce justice. Maybe you'd rather be part of Aang's journey in The Last Airbender, or the rise of modern technology in The Legend of Korra.”

The goddess’s eyes sparkled as she continued. “Now tell me, John, would you prefer to enter this world as yourself, bending one of the elements, or would you take the place of someone already woven into its history? And which era calls to you the most—Kyoshi’s, Aang’s, Korra’s... or perhaps another?”
